Locations and services, easy to distinguish

Illustrative example. These places and tips show what you can create; they are not verified recommendations.
  1. The main stage

Check the programme for performance times.

  2. The information point

Find guidance on access and activities here.

  3. Parking

Use the entrance signposted from the main road.

Stages, meeting points and services

A map of event locations, with categories and notes. Add activity times in notes and update any changes. It is not an event calendar, ticketing system or indoor map.

How you do it

  1. 1

    Add the places

Stages, halls, stands, info points. Each with its category and the organisers’ note.

  2. 2

    Times and services

Put the programme in place notes. Use opening-hour fields for service hours, keeping these distinct from performance times.

  3. 3

    One QR code for everything

On the programme, on the posters, on the passes. If the programme changes at the last minute you update the map and the printed code still works.

What happens when someone opens the link

People can open your map in their browser, read the notes and details you added, and open directions to a place. Viewing needs no account; saving a place to their own map requires sign-in.

Whoever attends scans the QR code, sees where they are and what is around, and heads to the next stop using their navigation app.

  • Opens in the phone browser
  • An account is needed to create or save
  • Directions open in an external navigation service
  • The interface is in English and Italian
